Where Do You Ship?
We currently only ship to North America.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during stat holidays. We ship orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 36 hours from the order date.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
Should your order still be pending shipment, you have the flexibility to cancel or alter it. Please click here to get in touch with us
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been placed and you received our confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day of processing time before your package is shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the necessary tracking information (if not received, please check your spam folder.) You’ll then be able to track your order with daily updates. You’ll also receive an email when your order is delivered.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 2-5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
